Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we can only accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used skincare products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective
  • The item is damaged during transit
  • The wrong item was sent
